At the heart of the 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world, and situated on the edge of the Vanoise National Park, Méribel ‘the serene’ is also lively and offers throughout the season many sporting and entertainment events.
At the hotel: Games and books are available for children. You can store your hired sledges in the ski equipment storage room to guarantee more fun on the slopes. ‘With your house on your back! Like a snail!’. To help you out, ELIOVA has thought of your comfort: we've created a ‘baby space’ with baby bath and changing table. The hotel ‘LE GENEPI’ is ideally located in the centre of Méribel, a famous elegant resort in the heart of the 3 Vallées.

THE 3 VALLEES SKI AREA An exceptional ski area available to all. The 3 Vallées offers 600km of ski slopes accessible to all levels of skiers. There are 330 ski slopes in the resort, 51 green, 131 blue, 120 red, and 30 black, i.e. almost half easy slopes and half expert slopes. The ski area is designed for beginners and children as well as experienced skiers, who can even try out the challenge of skiing off-piste, monitored by mountain professionals, on the 400km2 of the 3 Vallées area.
The lift system of the 3 Vallées is the most comfortable and modern in the world: 180 lifts among which there are 2 cable cars, 33 gondola lifts and 38 high speed chairlifts.
Guaranteed snow and perfectly groomed slopes With the natural characteristics of its slopes and regular and thoughtful snowmaking, the 3 Vallées ski area can guarantee snow from early December to late April throughout all its resorts, on wide slopes that are maintained every night by 80 grooming machines. Free shuttles. The start of the ski lifts is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
For cross country skiers, 33km of marked trails. For walkers, 20km of regularly maintained trails. The pedestrian pass provides access to some ski lifts.
